The natural finish and character of the reclaimed wood and the console’s modern organic design reflects the Japanese essence of “Wabi-Sabi”- finding beauty in imperfection and simplicity. An old carved architectural panel with it’s rustic texture provides a bit of detail as well as the old teak looms which have been repurposed for legs. The gorgeous grain of the reclaimed teak wood with its natural bleached finish is a hi lite throughout. It’s lower shelf provides extra space for display. It’s the perfect console table for a long hall or entry way, under a flat screen tv or as an altar table. Hand crafted from reclaimed teak and other wood by an Indonesian artisan – Rustic patina and character throughout Item exactly as pictured. Sanded smooth, no finish.
