Handcrafted by traditional artisans in Indonesia from reclaimed teak wood, it’s a great chest to have in the bedroom to store clothing or a perfect piece for the foyer. It’s traditional style has a simple carving to decorate the front with a sculpted skirt at the base on 3 sides for added detail. The curved brass handles provide an understated style to the overall look of the chest of drawers. The solid brass hardware on each drawer was made using the lost wax casting process, a method that has been in use since the 3rd millennium BC. Hand crafted and hand finished with natural character and patina from the reclaimed teak wood.
