PRODUCT INFO:

All of our pieces at Gado Gado are individually hand crafted by skilled Indonesian artisans. Since each item is handmade and hand finished, slight variations occur from piece to piece. This makes all of our products truly unique! Our products are crafted from solid wood and due to changes in temperature, some cracking or splitting may naturally occur and will only add character to your piece.

Our inventory is sourced through our travels and many pieces are one-of-a-kind. All pieces shown on the website are in our Norcross, Georgia warehouse. The item pictured on the website is the EXACT item you will receive.

We DO NOT take special orders.

HOW TO PURCHASE:

To inquire about any item contact us via email at [email protected] or call us at 404.352.8888 . We do reply to emails and request delivery quotes outside of our regular business office hours. If you are ready to purchase an item please call us directly at the store with your payment information.

SHIPPING:

Prices do NOT include SHIPPING & INSURANCE. Customers are responsible for all shipping/ delivery costs AND for any return shipping costs. For shipping rates please contact us with your items of interest and destination zip code.

Freight Furniture Shipping Rates vary depending on item size and destination. Continental US delivery via UShip or Craters & Freighters Atlanta. Smaller items are packed and shipped via UPS. We charge the actual UPS rate plus a small packing fee. There is a 6% SALES TAX for Georgia Residents. See our Shipping FAQs for more detailed information.

PAYMENT:

We accept all major credit cards, no checks.

RETURN POLICY:

Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the DATE OF PURCHASE not from date of delivery. Any delivery charges or return delivery charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

There is NO WARRANTY ON FURNITURE.
